Since the 16th of June 2006 up until the 12th of October 2008 we have been using the services provided by uppanel.com to provide accurate information regarding the uptime of our services. However uppanel.com vanished over night together with our uptime records. All I can say is that none of the services we were monitoring (http, ftp, pop, smtp) had an uptime lower than 99.68% in the last two and a half years we've been using their services. Unfortunately, there is no way I can prove this, since the records are gone, so you'll just have to take my word for it.

We are in the process of finding a new uptime provider and posting once again information regarding the real time monitoring of our services.
